This Policy applies to information handled through our corporate informational website and in connection with our business operations and internal ERP tools, including authorized integrations with e-commerce and social-commerce platforms. It does not replace the privacy notices of those platforms or of individual sellers when they independently determine how personal data is used.

Depending on the services and marketplace permissions involved, categories of information may include:

• Shopper and order information: order and transaction identifiers, purchased products, fulfillment status, and, where authorized and required, contact and delivery details.
• Creator and affiliate information: marketplace profile identifiers, public account information, collaboration communications, campaign or performance information, and related commission or payment-status data made available through authorized workflows.
• Business contacts: names, roles, business contact details, and communications with sellers, service providers, and other business contacts.
• Systems and technical information: application logs, security events, account or access identifiers, and technical data used to operate and safeguard our internal systems.
• Website and inquiry information: information you choose to provide when contacting us, and limited technical information processed by our website hosting provider when you visit this website.

We seek to limit collection and access to information reasonably necessary for an authorized business purpose.

3. Sources of information

Information may be obtained directly from individuals or business contacts, from transactions and authorized sellers, and from marketplace platforms through permissions and APIs approved for the relevant account, service or use case.

4. How we use information

Subject to applicable law and platform permissions, we process relevant information to operate storefronts and internal business systems; coordinate orders, fulfillment, returns and customer service; manage authorized creator and affiliate collaborations; produce business and operational reports; maintain system reliability and security; comply with legal obligations; and respond to verified privacy-related requests.

We do not claim unrestricted rights to reuse personal data obtained through marketplace APIs. Any use must remain within the permissions and conditions of the relevant platform.

5. Disclosures and recipients

Where needed for the purposes above and subject to applicable requirements, personal information may be accessible to authorized business personnel, the relevant marketplace or seller, contracted service providers (such as cloud infrastructure providers), and competent authorities where disclosure is legally required. We limit access according to job responsibilities and applicable permissions. We do not sell personal information obtained through authorized marketplace integrations.

6. International storage, access and processing

Our planned internal infrastructure includes hosting in Hong Kong SAR and remote access by authorized operations and IT personnel in mainland China. Depending on the final system configuration, service providers and other authorized parties may process information in additional locations. Any processing of personal data across borders is subject to applicable laws, platform restrictions, contractual requirements and required safeguards. Where a particular transfer or form of access is not permitted, it must not be implemented.

7. Information security

We maintain security policies and seek to apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including role-based access controls, the principle of least privilege, authentication safeguards, secure communications, incident reporting procedures, and protection of credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized purpose, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations, subject to platform retention and deletion rules. We evaluate verified deletion requests and securely delete or de-identify data where required and permitted. Certain records may need to be retained where applicable law requires.

9. Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other privacy rights. To submit a request, email developer@ezecx.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity or direct a platform-controlled request to the relevant seller or marketplace. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless specifically requested through a secure method.

10. Children’s privacy

Our corporate website and internal business tools are not directed to children. If we learn that personal information relating to a child was processed improperly, we will take appropriate action under applicable law and platform requirements.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our operations, systems, laws, or marketplace requirements change. The version posted on this website is the current public version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
